Students completing a training program will be supported by CEMO College’s Student Support Team. Our knowledgeable staff work closely with you to help you achieve success in your chosen field.
Support Services
The Support Team can assist students through a variety of activities, including but not limited to:
- Assisting with logging into the Student Management System (SMS) and accessing resources
- Supporting flexible learning and processing extensions where applicable
- Arranging contact between trainers/assessors and students when required
- Assisting students with finding and understanding their trainer’s feedback
Trainers
Your trainers are qualified industry professionals, committed to guiding you throughout your learning journey. Their feedback and support will help ensure you are job-ready for your chosen industry.
Trainer Requirements
All CEMO College trainers must meet the requirements outlined in the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (SRTOs) 2015 – Clauses 1.13 to 1.15. Trainers and assessors must have:
- Vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed
- Current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment they provide
- Up-to-date knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning that inform their training and assessment
